Pour 500 ml of hot (not boiling) water.
Let steep for 4 minutes before pressing.

(per 300ml of water).
Bloom the coffee 30 seconds,
then pour hot water in a circular motion.
Enjoy a balanced, clean cup.

Preferred Grind: Fine / Commercial / Domestic

  3. Brew for 25-30 seconds to extract a 30ml shot.

Enjoy as a solo shot or base for drinks like lattes and cappuccinos.

Preferred Grind: Course / Plunger

  2. Pour 1 litre of hot (just off-boil) water.
  3. Stir and let steep for 4 minutes.
  4. Press down the plunger slowly and pour.
